woo my comp like started screwing up and i cant open anything and when i try to it says

You either have some background spyware that's hogging your resources, a virus that hogs your resources, or you just have too many programs open.

well i didnt have any programs running

o yeah that virus or whatever that i thought i fixed, the svchost.exe using all 100% of cpu, i dint fix, it just popped up again

It is called reformatting your harddrive.

Reformatting gets rid of a lot errors . If you do it, I would advise writing down all the settings that you may forget the values too(network settings, etc). Also, you know, you do have to reinstall everything, obviously.

edit: You need a disk with the OS you are going to use, also. I generally use reformatting as a last result. You may just want to do some research and find out what is wrong. Remember, typing the error name into google can do wonders.

First try running an adaware or a simmilare program, then try running an antivirus program, and remember to keep them updated! Always update before you run a program. Then try defragging your hardrive. You could also go to msconfig and stop unnesesary programs from starting in the background.
