I went to the hospital yesterday! Hooray!

During gym I was playing basketball and I took a shot and some kid hit my wrist reaaly hard. I didn't notice it was messed up until I looked down and my wrist was all messed up. I went to the hospital for maybe 4 hours.

And now its sore as hell.

But I still find time to play Counter-Strike

win.

The only time I remember going the hospital for an injury is when I was a kid, and I fell and landed on a glass. Had a giant gash, had to get stitches. Still have a huge scar there. WANNA SEE?!

Around the age of five I was in hospital on a drip for a good two weeks, suffering from a bad case of the Rotavirus (no, I was constantly vomiting rather than... the other end).

The only time I've ever been to a hospital was when I got hit by a car and went unconscious, but I was completely fine, and it was a waste of a trip to the emergency room.

Oh, now that I think about it, I have once been to the hospital, when I fell on my chin and nearly broke my jaw.

The two times I went to the hospital, I fell off my scooter and my shin landed on the scooter, breaking the skin, kinda like a bruise, but a lot more painful since it went down to the bone. The other time, I went off a bike jump and overshot it and flipped over and the bike landed on my head, cutting down to the bone. I got stitches on the inside of my head for that one, I never knew there was so much skin until your skull.

I ran into a black guy in elementary school playing that game where you jump over ropes. I feinted and saw funny colors.

Broken arm, broken ankle, injures in the forehead and right eyebrow (nice scars, tho), second and third degree burns in the other ankle... boy, I had a very active childhood at least I wasn't shot D:

I've never had to go to A&E but I've been in hospital twice having operations, first one on my knee and the second one in my mouth (I posted a thread about the latter not long ago. You probably still remember it cos I was moaning all the time on it!!!)
