I loved the game. I'm glad that they are expanding the game. But I want them to carry on the original story on the side of the Allies. I don't care about the other side.

Yes because we know that the Chinese have joined the Soviets, which would make easy pickings with the napalm and chem strikes

I was going to buy the full World in Conflict(played and loved the demo) partially for this, but put it off when university got in the way and eventually lost interest, especially when Activision sold it and it looked like it had no future.

But now I just may pick it up again.

EDIT: I love the way the video reverses all the videos you see of American planes blowing up some helpless targets.

WiC was a great RTS. I never got into the mp but i heard very good things about it.

I normally don't get into RTS multiplayers but it was easy to jump into WiC since it's so team and battle tactic oriented. Had some really fun time playing, and last time I checked the MP scene was still going strong. Eagerly waiting for Soviet Assault.

WIC was great. I'd still love to try it online but I lost my damn cd key for it.

WiC was definitely uber, would still be playing if not for the rank stacks.

I loved the single player, but the multilayer was ridiculous with all the general abilities you could do, people were getting millions of points and just nuking you every 2 seconds. I seriously hope they address the major flaws in multiplayer.

PC Gamer already reviewed it so I'd assume it'll be out relatively soon. It only got a 62% though, lack of new missions(Only 6), no difference between the Americans and Soviets and bad AI are being cited as the main reasons for the score.

Except I had no intentions of getting it anyway.

I loved WiC but it was a raging quick blaze type of game for me, played thoroughly and intensely in a short period of time rather then a slow burn over the weeks and months.

I had allot of fun but I've had my fill.

Just FYI, originally the Soviet missions were only made for the console releases, but after they were cancelled and after fan requests, they decided to release the content on the PC for a fee.
