Worms 3D Demo.

Sweet, can't say I've given this one much thought but I'll be sure to check it out ^^

Trust me, the Worms series is worth all of your HD space.

Haha its only 66, I bet you have fun downloading steam wiht dod and stuff like 766 meg... i downloaded a 1.4 gig file b4 on 56 k when I used to have one! =O!
 
gha, i cant play this game with the camera non-inverted like that! if anyone knows a utility that will invitert my mouse y axis please tell. BTW the bazooka owns in this version, awesome sound fx
 
Hmm, it's interesting...
Doesn't seem as fun as other Worms, but it is pretty cool. Too many bugs right now though... I keep getting worms stuck in places and the game won't continue. ;o
 
gunbound is fun, hough I prefer worms. gunbound is good multi though, so I play that.

You could mess with your mouse settings or get some 3rd party sofware to do it: www.google.com, or you could mess with your monitor to show weird backwards views of the screen.... or if you don't mind inverting both axis, simply turn your monitor upside down! (a quicker but less comfortable method would be to hold your mouse upside down.) Or... you could wear funny glasses to make things look reversed.... or you could crack open your mouse (if its a rollyball one) and fiddle with it by adding another roller... or you could stand on your head... or you could close your eyes andpretend its moving the opposite way... or you could fire up VC++ and code a woms 3d clone with the mouse working your way...........



Oh and for worms the way it was meant to be check out LIERO, it's worms in realtime, plus has many many mods.
 
I like the 2d worms much more. There's something just wrong about the game, it lacks the precision of the first, the map is too small and uncomplex. Less strategy, less fun.

Could just be me, I'll play it some more....
 
Just played it and I dont like it at all.. graphics and weapons are ok but the 'old' has better gameplay
 
It's a nice change from W2, WA and WWP (all same/modified engine). I like it as a game, but compareing it to the others it's just not worms. Mind you, we're basing this on 1 level, with no options and limited weapons.
 
My personal favorite in the series was Worms II with the expansion, I loved the secret weapons : )

I'll give this a try thanks for the heads up. And by the way the file is also available through BitTorrent
