If you look at the second link, it says that the guy in the second car won a $980,000 lawsuit because he was severly burned.

The almost worst accident I saw with my 2 eyes, my friends and I were racing, I was riding in my friends Talon TSi AWD and my friend was driving his WRX. So we kick it from about a 50 roll, wrx starts pulling, gets about 1-2 cars ahead of us, by this time, were doing about 120mph on a curvy road. Then all of a sudden the car comes out from under him(he has $3,000 worth of suspension parts, set for autocrossing ironically, was his mistake on that part) and he trys to regain control so pulls the wheel the other way, started going sideways, came about 2 inches from hitting a dodge neon, and just would've obliterated it at the speed he was traveling, anyways. Then after sliding a bit, it did a complete 180, he was going about 90-100mph backwards, some freaky shit let me tell you. He ended up hitting a guard rail, back bumper got most of it, just paint sheded off from the guard rail, and the rims were "curbed" (you know those really expensive BBS wheels on WRX STi's right? Yeah those rims.) But that would've been the worst accident if he hit the lady I've seen :x

I would of felt more sorry for the people in the Dodge Neon then i ever would you or your friends. I just hope you took that incident as a warning that if you do stupid things, you will die horribly.
