I have numerous bomb making years behind me. Trust me when i say, At most he would only blow is hand up. I mean have you guys ever made gun powder bombs? Its no excuse for the kid but come on.
Gun powder is very easy to come by, but in most places you have to be over 18 to buy it. ( All my bombs where for stumps in the field)
And America is not the only place this happens. I remember severial incidents where brittish students where involved.
In vietnam little kids would sell cokes that have glass and razors in them to soldiers, there where 12 year old twins that led a revolt a few years back some where in aferica.
So if your saying that ITS ONLY IN AMERICA THAT THIS STUFF HAPPENS. wake up and realise it happens every where! Only in america it gets puplished more often than anywhere elce.

i made gun powder bombs with a couple friends, obviously i didn't bring it to school or threaten people with it lol. Obtaining gunpowder was pretty easy. Me and my friend went into a hunting shop and asked if we could buy gunpowder(we're 18 and u hafta be 19) So the shop guy asks what kind and my friend says "i dunno, whatever kind u have" and he still sells it to us. We took it deep in the woods and had some fun. But with the gameboy, chances are it wouldn't do much damage but theres always shattering pieces of plastic shrapnel that could hurt someone. Anyways, gameboy sucks so fill it up! haha.
