Alig said:Yeah you need to enter a form of payment to register. After the 10days are up you need to go out, pay £30 for WoW and carry on from where you left off (with the 10 day account characters - or new ones if you wanted to).
Alig said:Not really. The Hunter has the highest 'overall' DPS. The Mage is good for DPS right at the start of attacking and quickly slows down, the Hunter has amazing DPS with the pet combined at range all the time. However, PvP is a different matter..A Hunter will kill any class in PvP if they don't move into melee range (then there DPS quickly goes to shit), except maybe a mage, depending how clever they are.
Hunters suck in PvP, that is about the only class you exceel against, but you still have nothing to stop him from getting to you unless you are really good at kiting. My brother is a hunter and I am a Shaman, that should make for a very good combination in PvP.Sparta said:Quite true. I'm a lvl 36 Hunter and i took out a lvl 40 Rogue the other day when i caught him with a trap that stuck him just inside of my ranged attacks. I got something like 110 DPS. It was great.
You need to learn how to use the weapons at various weapon trainers. For example, you can't learn how to use Maces anywhere, its a class trait only. And Rogue's get the ability to dual wield at level 10. And so onVirusType2 said:Can someone please enlighten me as to how I can equip a weapon that has its weapon type in red?
for example, the paladin starts with a hammer.
I want to equip a 1 handed sword and a gun/rifle!
How?

Paladins can not dual wield, you should be using a shield when you can too. That class is known as doing the least damage in the game.VirusType2 said:I haven't come across any weapon trainers yet.
What classes can dual wield?
Rogue
Warrior
Hunter
Paladin cannot?

VirusType2 said:Now I just need to save up a little more and find the gun trainer so I can use my rifle to pull mobs with.

VirusType2 said:You can increase the amount of damage they can do by using a 2 handed sword. The thing is they are like a brick wall to take down.
They should be able to do pretty fair damage.
I like them cuz they probably have the highest armor class in the game or at least on par with a warrior
VirusType2 said:Damn.
Can they use bows?
Or do they get an ability to pull with? How am I supposed to be a tank without being able to pull?
When will I get my taunt or whatever they call it in WoW?
IMO: Paladin is fun once you train to use a 2 handed sword or even a one handed sword

You can beat a hunter in PvP, grats, I don't think there is anyone who can't beat a hunter. My brother plays a hunter and at 36 he can get his DPS up to 70 and when he uses his ability that has a cooldown of 5 minutes he can get it up to 90, just wondering how it compares.B.Calhoun said:Mage easily outdamages a hunter. And the only slowing down of damage is done to not take the agro, which a mage can easily do if they nuke the mob. I have yet to see a hunter in a full party take the agro while everyone else is attacking it aswell(with or without a pet).
And im a very clevar mage myself and i can easily beat hunters. All i have to do is poly the hunter, kill the pet, jump with in 7 yards of the hunter and nuke him while keeping him forzen in place. When im 7 yards away from him he can melee me or shout his ranged weapon.
BTW im a lvl 50 mage.
