I tried the normal installation with my cd's 10 times and with my friends cd's 5 times.
I always get this msg:

http://img182.echo.cx/img182/345/wowerror1jo.jpg

Same happens when i copy/paste every file from the cd's and run the installation from there!
What can i do?
Any programs i can use to make iso's or anything?

So it isn't the disc that's faulty since you tried your friend's. Try reformatting your HD.

Or try your discs on another computer to see if it works. If it works then you have a dodgy PC.

Note how it says there may be a problem with your system or with the C:\ drive so it has to be your PC. Run some spyware removing programs, defrag your HDD and see what happens...if its still the same then you'll probably need to reformat but before that i'd try install another game because if your HDD has been owned then reformatting won't help much! :/

# First, make a new folder on your desktop and name it something like "WoW Installer."
# Open up the disk itself:

* Windows users should go into My Computer, right-click the CD, and choose "Open."
* Mac users can simply double-click the CD on their desktop.

# Go to the Edit menu and choose "Select all", so all the files are highlighted.
# Go to the Edit menu and choose "Copy."
# Open the new folder you created on your desktop
# Go to the Edit menu and choose "Paste."
# The files should copy from the CD to that folder.
# Once this is complete, please put in the next install disk.
# Open up the disk (using the process in step 2 above).
# Select the file called "Installer Tome" with the number at the end.
# Go to the Edit menu and choose "Copy."
# Open the new folder you created on your desktop
# Go to the Edit menu and choose "Paste."
# The "Tome" file will copy over.

If that doesn't work then it may still be a problem with your system. If it is a problem with your harddisk drive then what you'll probably want to look at doing is a check disk.

Best way to do a check disk is to click on Start > Run... > Type CMD in the box > Type chkdsk /r at the command prompt > Press enter > Accept what it says about scheduling when the computer restarts.

The full chkdsk /r can take approximately 30-90 minutes depending on your HDD size, should report any errors it finds and also attempt to repair them.

I had the exact same problem. It's a known "bug" that affects a lot of people. I tried every single thing I could think of and every suggestion blizzard had on their site. Nothing worked. Then I went out and bought a new cd-burner and it worked just fine. For some weird reason my dvd drive couldn't read the discs correctly. Kind of an expensive solution, but it worked for me since I was buying the drive for another reason anyway.

What i did was that I installed it on my other comp, then moved all the files to this comp. It works but with loads of bugs :(

Hmm, i've got an exact copy of my brother's WoW installation on my PC because he runs the US version and i wanted to have a play on the test-servers and i get no bugs because it was copied of his PC (not installed).

Anyway, why not try making an ISO of it with this or this and use daemon tools to run the ISO's.
