WoW or EQ2?

MMORPGs are evil and get old fast, but maybe that's just cause don;t have like 5 hours every day to spend on them, and they really drain the wallet

Well, i don't agree. I could'nt think of another type of game that can keep me interested as long as an MMO can. Not even 1/50th as long as an MMO keeps me and single player games cost lots more than the subscription to WoW. I don't need anymore games if i've got an MMO to play.

I havn't played either, therfore i have an unbiased opinion. go figure.

WoW pwns. This is an unbiased opinion. Honestly!

Some people complain about the price of World of Warcraft...but honestly it's not that expensive if you do like mmo type games.

For me, it's more of a wallet drainer because I never buy very many games anyways, but some people buy a new game every month or two weeks. And if I were like that, World of Warcraft would stop me from doing so because I haven't played another game since.

It all depends how you look at it I guess. When it comes right down to it, it's not that bad of a deal, that is assumeing Blizzard fixes their server issues they've been having.

Thats a raelly poor advertisment imo. You are just putting WoW on peoples minds, they are bound to go to a game thats worth waiting for :)

I agree oldagerocker. If i was to be looking for an MMO to play and i saw that advert, i'd choose WoW anyday of the week. All that says is "EQ2 is dead and empty, please come join us" - not to mention, its not like every single server in WoW has a waiting line...infact, 95% of them don't so SOE are just advertising how many people play WoW which means it has to be good. Wonder which einstein thought that one up!
