Is anyone else having to wait in line just to log into WoW? I'm freaking number 667...

This is just as bad as waiting in crappy fileplanet.

That's been in since beta. Usually goes by pretty fast.

And I used to get number 2000. Now THAT sucked.

Really? Guess that just means that theres alot more people playing now.

never happens to me....unless you are on a high population server.

Thats pretty bad if they've had to introduce that.. maybe its just temporary though, until more servers are setup?

It's because of recent maintenence, wait a couple days and the lag and server q's will be all but non existent

Hmm, I've never had that happen. I just specifically chose a low population server when I first signed up and it's been just fine.

Jesus ****ing Christ! World of Warcraft is popular eh? I mean I knew it was very successful but...wow.

You're shooting yourself in the foot if you choose a High population server.

*Walks a way leaving a trail of blood*

I had no choice...the people I know (a lot of damn people, plus the guild I am in) play on a high population server.

Besides..it's not that bad. If it's high population Blizzard just devotes more power to it...they're not going to let it go to hell.

The new server migration options should alleviate the problem somewhat. People will be able to move to lower populated servers if they are tired of lag and long queue times. I was fortunate enough to get on a medium population server, and have yet to sit in a queue or worry about connection performance. The server finally crashed for the first time yesterday however. Overall I don't have any complaints with how the servers are running, but the people on the WoW forums can't complain enough.
