I'm secretly glad that HL2 was delayed, because if it had been released at the same time as IW, it would have CRUSHED Invisible War. This way, more people will look to IW for their next fix and will in turn realize what a wonderful game it is. They will see the light, just as I did many years ago when I bought Deus Ex not knowing what it was.

I can't speak for other people, but I believe that I will enjoy DX:IW more than HL2. I'm not saying it'll be a better game, per se, but IW has more of the qualities that I look for in a game.

I'm a hl2 fan & aint ashamed of it. There are going to be a lot more cool games to be released soon, but they wont have the modability & graphics & physics of HL2, so HL2 is on the top of my list.

Actually, as for good games this season I just rented both Jak II and Prince of Persia. Both winners.
Armed and Dangerous also looks to be good.

Deus Ex 2 does look cool. I have yet to really play the first. I played it at a friend's house a long time ago.
