The colours are too bland. And the Blue font colour is hard to read.

I really hate it, I can't offer anymore than that. It's one of those "Why don't you like marmite?" type things. I can't offer much explanation, just my personal preference. I would say it looks slightly amateurish.

Personally I like this, but then I would :x Anyway, having it bright agian reminds me of what it used to be like.

Not the "Thread" text. I refered to it as the "Blue font colour" for a reason. Because it's the font colour, this is blue.

Make the background a dark grey/blue, and the text very light grey.
Revert to the old skin.
Implement a skin selection thingy. (I know vB supports this)

The new dark blue is very much better, but the light side bars could do with going dark grey/blue, as well as the light blue surrounding the thread.

If I have to be honest, I'm starting to like this skin.

The brown/beige designt reminds me of 70s-80s sci-fi movies and retro-futuristic spaceships with this kind of colors and stuff.

EDIT: A warning. If you use the blue scheme, spoiler tags don't hide anything. Is there some way that can be fixed?
