WTF is this? Wolverine and Iron Man Anime

that's meaningless because...
It isn't meaningless. In fact it just corroborates what I'm saying; most people in this thread only know Wolverine from the movies, cartoon, or the comics in the EXTREEEEEEEEEEEME NINETIES. For such people to say, "Oh, they're ruining Wolverine with this," they don't realize that Wolverine's already been ruined; what they're seeing here is their nostalgia and the image of Wolverine being shat upon.

Wolverine, as a character in comics, has been long dead. People in here don't know it so they think that Wolverine is still untarnished and this anime bastardization is the worst thing to happen to him since ever, and they don't even know.

WHICH WAS MY ENTIRE POINT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I don't know how you're thinking it's meaningless. Maybe you didn't understand what I was saying clearly.
Also nobody here cares about the 616 continuity.
Logan being turned into a little girl mentally was funny and made sense - that bitch Emma Frost did it to him. Was that during Joss Whedon's series? If so it's automatically beyond criticism anyway.
No, it isn't. It was stupid. Anything that's happened to Wolverine in recent years, regardless of who it's written by, has been stupid as f*ck.

Alright then, what IS the worst thing thats happened to him then? What could possibly be worse than a super mullet? An ANIME SUPER MULLET!? AN ANIME SUPER MULLET WITH GIANT SAMAURAI DEMONS?

Wolverine as a character might have gone broke, started living in a cardboard box, begging for scraps and eating out of the trash. But now some japanese guy has walked up to him while he was sleeping and just took a massive shit on his unsuspecting face, jizzed on his last piece of six day old pizza, and then lit his cardboard house on fire.

Well recently it turns out Wolverine has a slutty, bisexual half-Japanese son who has the same powers (and anti-healing factor claws, meaning he can kill Wolverine), assumed his identity as Wolverine and goes around murdering people and having sex with men from OsCorp all in a bid to get back at his father. That's a pretty bad thing to have happen to you.

That Iron Man video looked badass.

I understood what you're saying and I still think it's meaningless. the current idiotic storyline doesnt "ruin" wolverine because to most people he's not framed by a single continuity story line, so anything that is done now can be undone at some point down the road, for better or worse. however wolverine is not defined by that single continuity; they're comics they get rebooted every few years by default

and yes this anime wolverine is "ruining" the image of wolverine because it is NOTHING like any incarnation of wolverine ever. if not for the fact that it was titled wolverine i wouldnt even know that's who it was supposed to be.

wolverine is not defined by a single continuity

anime wolverine is "ruining" the image of wolverine
wolverine is not defined by a single continuity
anime wolverine is "ruining" the image of wolverine
not defined by a single continuity
anime wolverine is a single continuity

you repeat yourself quite often. you should have someone look into that

slanty eyed wolverine isnt part of any continuity so your point is completely meaningless

It's its own continuity. It's an elseworld and thus its own universe so your point that it ruins Wolverine at all is completely meaningless.
