It isn't meaningless. In fact it just corroborates what I'm saying; most people in this thread only know Wolverine from the movies, cartoon, or the comics in the EXTREEEEEEEEEEEME NINETIES. For such people to say, "Oh, they're ruining Wolverine with this," they don't realize that Wolverine's already been ruined; what they're seeing here is their nostalgia and the image of Wolverine being shat upon.that's meaningless because...
No, it isn't. It was stupid. Anything that's happened to Wolverine in recent years, regardless of who it's written by, has been stupid as f*ck.Also nobody here cares about the 616 continuity.
Logan being turned into a little girl mentally was funny and made sense - that bitch Emma Frost did it to him. Was that during Joss Whedon's series? If so it's automatically beyond criticism anyway.
they think that Wolverine is still untarnished and this anime bastardization is the worst thing to happen to him since ever, and they don't even know.
Well recently it turns out Wolverine has a slutty, bisexual half-Japanese son who has the same powers (and anti-healing factor claws, meaning he can kill Wolverine), assumed his identity as Wolverine and goes around murdering people and having sex with men from OsCorp all in a bid to get back at his father. That's a pretty bad thing to have happen to you.Alright then, what IS the worst thing thats happened to him then?

Wolverine, as a character in comics, has been long dead. People in here don't know it so they think that Wolverine is still untarnished and this anime bastardization is the worst thing to happen to him since ever, and they don't even know.
WHICH WAS MY ENTIRE POINT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I don't know how you're thinking it's meaningless. Maybe you didn't understand what I was saying clearly.
