Yeah, Terminator beat me to it. I had a pimply rash like that on the back of my hand once when I was coping with 40C-ish temperatures one time. It goes away by itself after a while.

BTW Rakuri, 100 in Arizona is alot more bearable than 90 in New York due to the sole fact that the air is dry.

Don't pull the dry heat shit when it gets to ~120F some days its weather you can and will die in if unprotected.

Sorry, but I've been in Phoenix when it's 120 degrees, it feels cooler and alot more bearable than what I get around here. It probably is more dangerous, but it feels alot better than 100 degree temps and high humidity.
