I think he's trying to point out that it should be more obvious (as on any other forum with stickies that I've ever seen), instead of having to look at the last post dates and deduce it.

I actually have been here long enough to know what is sticky and what is not, but it should say it in the title, or the posts should be marked differently (IE with a tag, or even a color would work)
