wth is CreateHairball?

seems to create a bunch of I dunno.. hairballs around the map.. Anyone know what its use is? performance test or something?

heh, its weird.. it kinda creates a bunch of invisible balls infront of you and only shows like.. hairs, and i thought that was it until I turned around and looked up and all these hairy balls are bouncing around the room

Didn't think to take any, just imagine a bunch of hairy balls bouncing around in the map, vanishing and reappearing. Tis weird.

Maybe someone at valve has a hairball fetish? Gabe Newell eating a hamburger drooling over his keyboard and watching the hairballs bounce one by one. I wish that would happen in real life he says. Looking at the stars throw his window.
