ARLINGTON, Va. — The remains of a Marine killed in action during World War I, were laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., June 23, after they were presumed missing for more than 90 years.

This guy was apparently a part of the first major American offensive during WWI, killed during the Battle of Saint-Mihiel.

French citizens were searching for war relics near the town of Rembercourt-sur-Mad when they found remains they believed belonged to a World War I American service member.

Pretty incredible how he was actually found after 90 years. Just shows that theirs still hope for missing soldiers all around the world.

And that was just the pause before he gets sent to the respawn queue!

Well hopefully they won't be found dead and 90 years later.

From what I understand there are still a lot of MIA soldiers in Vietnam (claims that prisoners weren't released and what not.) Those soldiers could still be alive, hopefully.

Thousands left.
The amount of WW1 unmarked graves is large, even European civilization have built over the top of some.
