Im am a 2d artist, I've worked on HL1 mods, and now Im in a few HL2 mods, and hopefully a graphic designer for an upcoming HL2 website.

i like the site. the gallery kinda sucks but the "new art" on the left is pretty good. you have a lot of potential. how long have you been using photoshop?

btw if anyone on these boards hates your stuff, its probably because they love seeing hl2 logos blended into things such as rust or grass or whatever. a 3d hl2 logo will get you rave reviews, no matter how simple.

hey no, its because i'm a fan of hand drawn stuff, and proper art, not Vectors and Blur filters etc...

anywho, It's all just a matter of taste

its not bad, unfortionatly the resolutions are so damn small. I am a fan of handdrawn stuff to, so I join Stone on this. I am a big fan of conceptart and oil paintings and even scultpures. anyway. its just a mather of personal taste.
dont get discuraged, just continue doing what your good at and what you like doing then everything turnes out good.

Looks ok, but the site looks kinda messy... not navigation-wise, just just really cropped up.
i dont dig the color shoice...i like the top, but the rest of the site kinda ruins it..I would go with something more trend"whore"

the small resolutions are a result of my old computer... I just got a new computer, hence the recent 1024x768 works.

Someone asked how long? ive been designing maybe... 5 years or so...

Yeah, my gallery is almost 3 years old.

The new art box is some of my new stuff.

When I get my new site up, im gonna make another thread about my site, Consider this a before...

its ok, ive seen better...but your better than most on these boards. i wish my site was working so i could actually make a pointless thread and advertise my site on it :\ but i guess its too late for that
