XBox360 and NAS

I was wondering if any knows anything about using NAS with the 360?

I was looking at getting this for the flat http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/75275. We've got 2 computers and a laptop and we're always sharing music so this would make things a dream.

Just thought it would be cool if the 360 was able to access network drives and wondering if it was possible since i'm looking at getting one.

You can use it aslong as it is connected to one of the PC's and that you have Windows Media Connect installed on the PC. For the ultimate setup, get Windows Media Center and you'll be able to stream videos and not only music like with Win XP. Another music stream solution would be to connect an external harddrive with USB 2.0 to your 360

Ahhh right, perfect - The harddrive has a USB 2 connection as well anyhoo

Duh! Never knew you could slap an external harddrive on the 360 - Show's how much research I do

Tryed with my 20GB HDD MP3 Player and it worked just fine ;D
