ok, so i'm sad:
I was watching an episode of the xfiles which was originally shown in 1995, and I think you will agree this guy (who ends up dead by the end of the episode in case you are interested), looks a lot like the Gman.

With a widow's peak sure, he could look alot like g-man. I think they choose the same type of actors for all G-men though. Either that or it's the suit and the lung-cancer skin.
