i use the thunder storm theme for windows blinds which can be found at http://www.guiolympics.com/
i also use the matching thunder storm cursor xp and icon packager themes which can be found at www.wincustomize.com
it's worth going to www.stardock.com and checking out some of the shareware programs like desktopX that they off too. they offer some really crazy themes that change the whole layout of your desktop including animations, meters, toolbars, shortcut bars, etc.
