XSI ---> 3D Max easy ?!

is it possible to export a rigged/boned + textured model to XSI without any problems ? ( im sure there will be some problems, but not that the for instance the UVW is gone or that some polly's are moved or that it !? )
 
best results i've gotten is using kaydaras FBX plugins. Havent tested with 4.0 or 4.2, so i dont know if it'll work.
 
Why would you export from 3D Studio to XSI? You can export directly from 3D Studio to SMD, and then compile your model.
