is that ati a platinum edition? because the xtasy is a PE and cost $200 less.

ummm one is PCI and one is AGP....

Get the Xtasy, it's a PE and is AGP. The second one, the $200 more ATi one, it a PCI-E one, and is actually NOT a PE. First one better, cheaper, there you go.

i just got the visiontek one 2 days ago Ati X800 XT PE. It is awsome. The PE verson is better than just the plain XT. So i suggest getting the visiontek one I had no problems but i had to what a month to get mine because of the backorder. Other than that visiontek is a good choice. :afro:
