Y axis door only opens in one direction

I created a Y axis door (func_door_rotating) and put the origin in the top middle center of the door. The problem is that no matter what side of the door you are standing on when you open it, it always open INTO the same room (i.e. the door will swing open TOWARD you when you try leaving one room).

I don't know if this'll work for sure or not, but try rotating the door 180 degrees, so it's facing the other way. Then try walking into it...

i'll try that...but wouldn't that then make it open the other way only?

now this is weird...i rotated it 180 degrees and it still opens the same way!

Just a thought but you might try building a door using a phys_box and a hinge constraint instead.

that way usually isnt very good if you want to get through the door fast. Lost of pushing and shoving involved.
