Doesn't really show much about the gameplay but it looks visually impressive for a MMORPG - better yet, it has pirates! Yar.

Decent premise but I can't see this making enough population to be even worthwhile, which combined with monthly fee = nothx from me.

vanguard has similiar pirate/ship gameplay ..but this is pirates all the time which is a plus if done right ..there'd better be evil dasterdly deeds coupled with busty bar maids and drunken brawls a plenty and guys who say ARRR a lot for this to be any good

Age of Conan has drunken bar brawls and busty bar maids ..and should get pirates sooner or later ..plus it doesnt have click and watch animation combat as this game seems to have

if it's not swashbuckling it aint my kinda pirate fun ..more errol flynn less Pirates of Penzance which this game seems to be

Yeah, I made a thread about this a long time ago.

I signed up for the closed beta ages ago and I haven't had any lucky email so I've given up hope on getting an invitation. It's being released through Steam which I think is really cool. There will be no box version, at least at first. As with the first thread, a lot of people are looking to buy this in June... we srsly need to make a HL2net Guild.
