In a McDonalds fairly near to where I live, a woman who went to McDonalds woke up the next morning to find spots around her mouth, anyway the doctor run some tests and it turned out she had gonorrhoea. They did some more tests and traced some seman samples to the McDonalds she'd been eating at the day before .

This story is now infamous in the UK so most of you have probably heard it.
