I dont know why people were all up in arms about the terrain deformation , Red faction (and to a lesser extent Red Faction 2) already did that , and much better from what i can see from Fracture. Besides Red Faction 3 will kick its ass good.

Yeah, okay.
Red Faction 3 sounds about as good as the 2nd game, so I highly doubt it... it's going to try and be a Mercenaries clone.

Fracture can't possibly be that bad, judging from gameplay videos it looks insanely fun.

Well i have high hopes for RF3 but thats just my opinion , It certainly wont top the first one though. RF1 is one of my favorite games , along with the HL series (i count it as one game) and the classic (westwood) CnC games (R.I.P Westwood).

Fracture just seems like they re-skinned Starwars: Battlefront and gave it groovy terrain effects. They seem to like making a big deal of how advanced their gameplay is, but all they have really done is make a substitute for the Red Faction method that wastes more power.
