Crack is not illegal, but i dont care in both cases I dont like the hassle i need to do to get this game running, but idd internet is needed as well, to download the crack patch and start the game. Instantly.

You need to register it online because they don't want you to use a crack.

Cracking it before offical release is illeagal, after the release, well, you dont have to. Aslo I think it will be impossible to crack before the release, as I have a feeling files that HL2 needs to run will be downloaded on release... all you have there is a bunch of artwork...

Oh, and you will need Steam to play HL2.
