I dont think it is real no but the gist of it is, this guy tell the police how his dog has cancer and he can't afford to have it put down. So the policeman offers to shoot the dog and then this woman comes out just after the shot is fired. She goes mad because its her dog and the man then says "I told you to keep that dog off my yard"
