I haven't tried playing it, but I think what makes it easy-ish is the fact that the notes are close together. Obviously the velocity makes it harder. Btw that kid I knew... when he played it, he sucked now feux follet... well, if you are proficient in playing Bumblebee then you shouldn't have too much of a hard time playing Feux. metronome ftw

Yeah I retract my statement, I meant to say it's not that hard of a piece, but you still need skill to pull it off.

The notes being close together actually make it harder on the piano, because your fingers get bunched together and it's uncomfortable.

I'm gonna upload a video of feux follets.

Haha feux follets and bumblebee are literally 10 years of piano playing experience apart.

The reason it's so hard is not just having to play two notes at a time, it's that because of that you have to stretch and bend your hands in extremely uncomfortable positions, and do it really fast. It's extremely painful to play. Plus, the left hand takes so much accuracy and familiarity with the keyboard, which can only be acquired through years and years of playing.

If you're interested in Liszt at all, Try getting your hands on a copy of his biography written by Alan Walker. Very easy reading compared to most historical texts, absolutely fascinating. Talks about his amazing improvisation skills, etc...
