Your 5 Minutes of Fame

I was wondering what the longest period of time you have been famous for and why.

I have two small times in which this happened. Number one was the time my Band got to this battle of the bands final and played in front of a couple of hundred people, rob plant and got asked to get signed by his record company MAS records and to come third in the battle of the bands. We made a couple of news papers and when went to few local clubs people where like you were in the paper wasn’t you. This lastest about 3 weeks after the final has finished. We later found out that MAS records suck as a label so we turned them down then later to brake up.

My other time is when this football team was on the new for winning our first game in 3 years which is pretty poor lol we used to loose 24-0. This lasted for about the 5mins in which the game was played on the Local News.

Just wanted to know what other people most famous experience was and how long for?

Ive been on the news. When a reporter asks some random stuff. Thats about it. Oh and ive been an extra in a movie one time! You can see me for about 5 sec standing in a crowd.

I only did it for two days at a themepark, I got a "Five tickets for free" card from the owners of said park but never used them.

Ooh! I was at a school dance that got shut down because so many kids were shitfaced. The news crews showed up, and I was in the background for like 6 seconds. 'Twas funny

I am curious. BBC Radio 4? Coz the only relevant program item I could find was this one:

My mom works at the newspaper, and i'd hang out in her office all day when I was around the ranks of 5-10.

They'd use me as an easy and cheap model all the time. You can google my name and the only pictures that come up are pictures of me.

Kinda annoying really.

EDIT: Hmm, seems they've pulled a TON of the pictures from their site.

Good thing. My enemies have a bad habbit of using them against me.
