Besides, Christopher Lee has been pretty badass in films too, he's just additionally been a real-life badass and a chunk of the stuff he did during WW2 is still classified.

Maybe this is weird enough, but I'm going to go with Harrison Ford. He's not a typical Hollywood badass or anything, but he's more real. A real person. He gets hurt and shit - Indy, Blade Runner, and all of those crime thrillers he was in. He just finds a way, despite being outgunned or outnumbered or out-muscled.
