Your Most Intense Movie/TV Scene [CAN HAS SPOILERS]

Off the top of my head (because someone mentioned the movie a few posts above) in 28 Weeks Later the scene, where the 'father' (w/e his name was) breaks into the hospital where they are keeping his wife that's carrying the infection but is immune to it, and kisses her, getting infected. What follows - him mauling, biting and pushing his thumbs into the woman's eyes, while her being strapped to the bed - was definitely a 'holy shit' moment.

Probably in The Peacemaker where Nicole Kidman and George Clooney are persuading the terrorist to deactivate the nuclear bomb in his backpack, only for him to shoot himself and leave Nicole and George to face the music

I hated Casino compared to Goodfellas (save for Sharon Stones off the wall performance). That bit with the pen was too overboard for sure.
Neither Casino nor Goodfellas were great movies, but Casino were the better of the two in my opinion. De Niro's performance was far better and the pace more suitable, you also had more sympathy for the characters. In Goodfellas, all the characters were "bad", and lacked any depth whatsoever.

Cloverfield - when they turn on the night vision in the subway tunnels
I Am Legend - when he chases Sam into the dark building
Signs - When they turn the flashlights to the coal chute grate and see all the arms reaching in at the kid

Jericho - Seeing the camera pan up over the kid on the roof and you see the cloud rising in the distance...

And when you hear about Dale's parents
And when the missiles launch

Thirteen - The ending
Saving Private Ryan - Beach invasion
Swordfish - Opening explosion scene
Goodfellas - Finale
Reservoir Dogs - Final standoff
The Exorcist - Spider walk and other demonic, obscene acts
The Matrix - Lobby shootout
Cloverfield - Initial city invasion
300 - Buttload of intense battles
Phone Booth - Start to finish
Crash - When the little girl gets shot, or so you think.
The Matrix Reloaded - Freeway chase, burly brawl, Trinity fall, etc.
Full Metal Jacket - Pyle's standoff and suicide
Monster - The end
28 Days Later - Final 30 minutes

Yes, HEAT's bank robbery scene was epic...it was shown to USMC in boot as a proper method of retreating while providing covering fire...

Matrix Reloaded - I bought the movie just for the freeway chase :)

Yeh the battles between Neo on the million Smiths (I was pissing myself when seeing it at the cinema), the battle he had against those other mercs and then the freeway chase after were all full of awsome.

Audition: The last few minutes are some of the most disturbing and sickening I have ever seen in a film. Supremely hideous.

Irreversible: The rape. Non-stop sheer horror that WILL NOT LET UP. Surely the closest you can be to such a hideous act without being a participant.

I thunk that, without a doubt, The Matrix Reloaded has the best car chase sequence ever!!! But, then again, I think that's probably the film I've seen with a decent car chase (apart from certain Bond films, but I can't count them because i can't remember which films I've seen)!!

Full Metal Jacket - Parris Island boot camp was intense

City of God was also pretty intense.

Forbidden kingdom.

When monk takes a piss on Lu Yan. Awesome.
