I really disagree with this review, found the game to be quite good.
After having played Uncharted, Tomb Raider has a lot of catching up to do for me to consider it a good game. It's just so buggy and unpolished.
Also played right through and never experienced a single bug.
I guess I should say bugs, but the collision and camera in this game are downright horrible.
I've not had any issues with the collisions in the game and have not encountered a single bug. The camera is quite poor but it doesn't make the game unplayable. I haven't played uncharted so i haven't a clue about it but i do like the Tomb Raider games and underworld is trying to improve. How can he criticise a story just because he didn't play Legend which the story continues from. That like playing HL2:EP2 without playing any of the previous ones and complaining the story sucks cause you haven't a clue what's going on.
Well, episodes are... episodes. They are inherently incomplete parts that make up a whole. When transitioning to a new standalone title, I would think it prudent to adequately inform the player of previous happenings.
But I haven't played the game, so I can't personally judge Underworld.
Best ZP in recent memory, I lol'ed heartily throughout it.
This is my favourite Yahtzee so far. Maybe I am just in a really good mood but I laughed nearly solidly from start to end.
Same here.Seriously? I didn't crack a smile to be honest...what's wrong with me? :O
He doesn't pick the games he reviews. So why review it again?
Ah, see that's probably why I was getting that vibe from him. I guess it's fair enough if he wants to hate games he's forced to play. I still find him funny fairly often, it's just a lot more hit-and-miss than usual lately and some of his trademark similes seem a little forced. Can't really blame him though I guess, for a series that's gone on consistently for this long.He doesn't pick the games he reviews.
