What kind of zombie map takes place in the daytime D:

Looked cool despite the evil sunlight. The only thing I didn't like was how when you placed zombies you were literally just placing them there, wish they would at least have to crawl out of a convenient manhole or alley or something.
 
There's two daylight maps, just to make a change from the near-constant darkness of the others. It's nice to have a break sometimes :)

In the future, zombies will spawn in a more sensible way, but that's something purely cosmetic and therefore not a priority yet.
 
Blah, silence Infern0! I love encountering a daylight map amidst the goddamn darkness that permeates the place... :p
 
Ok I did take it too far when I claimed it was some sort of coverup, that was indeed ridiculous, but most of you are missing my point entirely. I wasn't complaining about the player lagging, I was just saying that it wasn't the codec it was just a laggy player, which I'm PERFECTLY FINE with. I know there is lag in games, at not one point did I say or intend "Pff, that guy is lagging, what a shitty game!"

Apparantly you guys can't even listen to me correctly. Whatever.

Here are the three things that happened in the thread:

I said lag was the problem not video codec
You all supported AL saying no it was not it was codec, don't be paranoid
AL finally comes in and says he has no idea what it was

There's no reason to be angry or to blame people, niether side "won" and there's no shame to be had. I apologise for my accusation of conspiracy, I have no idea what I was thinking when I said that.

So let's just get the hell over it.

Loved how the lights turned off in that one map.

The ending was great too.
 
On that map, it often turns into a battle between the humans trying to keep the lights on so they can complete their objective, and the ZM turning them off. Evil. And very, very dark.

And yeah that map where the lights go out was pretty damn awesome.
 
It's quite funny how people seem to like the lights on that map (called DocksOfTheDead). I only put it in as a gimmick initially.
