Delete unnecessary frames while still achieving a good, smooth loop. If you compare the original animation to my refurbished version, you'll notice mine is much shorter. Use ImageReady 7.0 and the quality options that come with it. I used .gif 64 (meaning a 64 color pallet) no dither. If you run out of frames to delete and can't decrease the color count, try increasing the "Lossy" slide until you get the preferred file size.
