Well I just downloaded some new drivers from http://www.tweaksrus.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=67&Itemid=41 And the netgraph is back to normal :) And I get a few more fps in the stress test.

No Ive just been using the netgraph a lot while playing with my new graphics card.Ive just checked my Config.cfg and autoexec.cfg and netgraph is set to zero so I cant understand why this is happening

Everytime I start CS I get the netgraph and have to turn it off in the console. Is there a setting that I have turned on.I suppose I could put a line in my config but Im just curious why its doing it

I think I may have solved the problem.I had both the hard drive and graphics card on the same leg of the power supply(its 400w).Ive split them now and have just played for 2 hours solid with no crashes. It may be psychological but I dont seem to be able to hit anything now my scores have gone...

Ive played on a few servers where people play funny sounds etc.Ive found that they have been downloaded into the sound folder. is it possible to bind a particular sound file to a key?

Yes just open notepad and type in the commands you want to install when steam starts up. Save it as a file called autoexec.cfg and save it in your .cfg folder Im not 100% sure but if you add this at the end then it will confirm in the console that its loaded up. ---------------- echo...

Im not sure if anything you type in the console will stay once you restart your computer.You can just add the commands to your autoexec.cfg and then they should load up every time you start. PS out of curiosity what do the extra commands do for your loss/ping do they make a big difference if...

I see you mentioned its a sata drive.I have one as well and have to create a driver diskette(using the motherboard cd) before installing xp then load it in as the install does it basic checks.

So you rate ati then, it may be that the card was faulty but it really peed me off especially when I reinstalled windows.It took me 4 hours to download sp2 off microsoft and im on 1 meg broadband. The missus is away for a week soon so I may sneak and buy a new one(ive taken the faulty one...

well I tried downloading the latest catalyst drivers and they screwed it up again any idea why? or are the xp drivers ok
