polycount is 7887. I'm have a low poly version that's 3720. If I could get all the details in through the skin that would be cool. After I learn skinning and how to use the sdk i'm going to try and skin this and compile it anyway.

Oh yeah, I've never injected a model in cs so how do I get it into an .smds file. Is that from MilkShape? Because I use 3ds max.

What kind of mods are being planned? Is there any way I could see what's been done so far? I've always wanted to join a nice modding team but I'm too scared that I'll be put with an unorganized team that I can't leave. If you guys are doing some cool interesting stuff I'd love to join. ;)
