    Original Half-Life Soundtrack

To be honest, you can use pretty much any audio player that has CD extraction to get the tracks. You can even play the HL CD in a normal CD player. Incidently, a few of the tracks are by Pink Flo.. Hmm, I've forgotten how to spell it. If you want a list of all the names of the tracks, just...

Does anyone know about HL2 sound

I got too much stuff to count >.< My favourite things have to be my Sennheiser and my gold-plated 6m mic cable. Doesn't sound like much, but I love em anyway, lol

    Sound Question

MP3 is generally good for generic sounds, but I see you point in using .ogg - .ogg does use better compression software, but it doesn't seem to handle bass too well, in my experience. The thing is, MP3 cuts out HIGH freq. sound to compress, while .ogg does the same with LOW freq. sound. Shame...

*grins at PF* Hey mate :) Also, I forgot to add that the best bitrate to have for quality/size balance is a 128 bitrate .mp3 file. You get a free MP3 encoder with cooledit pro.

    Sound Question

Ank, this isn't the 'have a go at Sniper thread' - if you want to have a go, do it via PM, so I can ignore your shit easier. The site's fine, in most people's opinion - we've had far more positive feedback then negative negative feedback about it. I'm just going to ignore your first...
