I have also just started to experience this error, once at the beginning of Our Mutual Fiend and towards the end of Vortal Coil before I got to the lift. If you can noclip past the line you have to cross, it should do it.

Hmm, If I may enter your thread to pose my own problem. I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS, and the sound keeps cutting out on all 3 OB games. Dunno whats going on. If anyone knows how to, cheers :)
