I think the reaosn we arent getting any binks was because valve figured vug would have given a release date by now. That within 4 weeks you would be playing hl2. Sadly VUg is one of the worst publishers known to man.

Look guys, you may think this won't effect VUg but in fact it will. All the Vivendi entities have seperate earnings. So no Vivendi, and Vivendi universal won't die. But it is very well possible that VUg will.

No valve agreed to 2 engines. The reason they need the jjudge to make them work on 4 is because they are trying to say the prexisting 2 were developed in breach of their contract. But sure we can agree to disagree, but I think you are just not understanding the lawyer(liar)speak, lol.

Dude what vivendi are saying is that valve invalidated their previous contract and want 2 more engines for it. At the same time they want the rights to it. Therefor all previous games valve have done for them, are nullified, and the contract is restarted after hl2. Get it?

why would a judge have to give VUg the right to somthing a contract states they have? One wouldn't, you are letting legal speak, make you believe what is not the case.
