I agree that Hugh Laurie should be Gordon cos he needs to be a big actor if he has no words. An unknown actor to play gordon could just be an extra plus what about Morgan Freeman (I just noticed thats convenient) as Eli Vance and what about Sydney Poitier as Alyx?

I know this is blasphemy but I think a source version of half life anthology should be released on 360 for people who have orange box and dont know what the story is about

they will cos everyone wants to play it and will buy it for 20 quid on x360 without question

If you want a sci-fi movie with lots of originality and not really any action as such (ie planets exploding) then watch The Man From Earth its brilliantly written and acted and soooo original.

don't just buy HL1 for PC cos if your gonna use PC then get HL1 source with effectively HL2 graphics or BMS when its released *cough* never *cough*

its on that long level when your on the airboat isn't it i haven't found it yet but the points you get for it a large in comparison to the other achievements.

its definitely worth getting HL1 cos its costs less than a tenner for the main game and all the expansions and it won a few awards so despite the graphics, which aren't really that much of a problem to me, the gameplay is extraordinary

kacation_man you know that you can get a 360 for even less at ?170 and its only ?30 a year for XBL plus unless you own an alienware its probably better to get it on 360.

I think it's pretty stupid that gordon didn't speak in the first game as everyone else did. I think it's better to watch the vids on page 2 of this thread with gordons thoughts lol

The only reason the crowbar is in HL2 series is nostalgia not usefulness the gravity gun is the new crowbar for box breaking at least thats pretty much where it stops and surpasses it in ability
