Well... if you get the 6800 ultra as PCIxpress, your next "video card upgrade" could just be a second Ultra in SLI. It all depends on how frequently you intend to buy new parts or if you make new computers out of old parts.

It's not under the accessibility options as joule said. That's for stickykeys and that nonsense. Your problem is the keyboard says "TOO MANY KEYS AT ONCE!!!". I think it's actually limited by the hardware. I don't know of any way to fix it. sorry :(

Sounds like either your CPU or GPU is overheating. First, make sure all your drivers are up to date. If they are, check your temps with whatever app you can get.
