Did you reboot and then try several other servers? Some servers are hosted on low-end machines and you'll get bad performance no matter what you do. To answer your question, no, I haven't seen any drop in fps as of today. -UnmarkedOne

Yeah the frames you can get on a below-average comp are actually quite surprising. My brother has a 1.3ghz P4 with 128 megs of RAM and a GF3 card, and he got 73fps on the stress test under lower settings. -UnmarkedOne
