Rules and Guidelines for the 1st Annual ZogDog Animation Contest
First and foremost, this is a competition of imagination and skill. The cash prize awarded ($100+ any donations) was merely offered because I wanted some monetary reward for the most creative and original work submitted. The...
What compatability problems did you experience in Linux and how long ago has it's been? I have never seen a compatability problem in Linux now for at least 2 years. Not ever since the new technology called ADM (Advanced Driver Management) came out. Essentially it scans your hardware and builds a...
Whats your problem? This topic has nothing to do with Halo. I had posted a comment about Linux in that thread a while back when we where debating about Windows Vista. Windows Vista took over 500MB just to boot. Maybe you like slow bogged down crappy operating system but I don't. So why don't you...
OK I will get flamed for this but please hear me out. We all know that Windows Vista has been in development for about 5 years for now. It looks pretty doesn't it? Well the boyz working on Linux has been developing new technology in the last past few months that put Windows Vista to shame. This...
I don't know if theres anyone here interested in this but I figured I would check. A friend of mine did a goliath writeup that does not fit on these forums as it is (76,000) characters long. The article is about the failing game industry and what he believes can save it. Since the article was...
For those who have not boughten a DS yet and are looking into getting one you may want to hold on your decision to go out and buy one. Nintendo recently unveiled a smaller, and more slick DS model that looks very similar to the Revolution's design. Here is some information regarding the new DS...

Thats what loads when Windows starts. I obviously didn't install anything and I only used the OS for about an hour before removing it. I am shocked to see so many people supporting this crap operating system. I watch my brother enjoy an OS that takes 32MBs of ram and can do all the same stuff...
Yeah I guess I must have faked the screenshots then. [SARCASM] You must be running a super computer with 4 SGI video cards because apparently we are not talking about the same OS here. I hardly doubt that the slowness was the result of a hardware compatability problem. I hope some other people...
OMG please read. I USED THE 32-BIT VERSION OF VISTA. I do not install it on a 64-Bit system. Please is this really hard for people to understand? There are two versions of Vista:
32-Bit
64-Bit
I used the 32-Bit version. The 32-Bit version would not work on a 64-Bit System and a 64 Bit version...
Vista does have DX10. In fact they already unvieled Microsoft Flight Simulator 2006 running on DX10. The funny part though was it was lagging real bad in the video. You can check it out in the CES 2006 Microsoft Press Video. Also Vista only emulatres DX9 and 8 and will not run them very well...
At the time that I wrote the article it was set for an August released and has recently been pushed up to December. Other then that no information I provided was fake. I can only encourage users to try it out themselves. It ran horrible for me and I used regular hardware such as an ATI X800...
Apparently your not to bright yourself. I was using the "32-Bit" version alongside a "32-Bit" computer...
Where did I get the 706MB from? Hmm lets see maybe because the OS with the cheap game was using 706MB of ram? Stop making excuses for why it's running so bad. The dang thing has been in...
