we already defeted the Combine, so the rest would be useless...
we know what happened, aside from whether Alyx survived.
I'm betting that Eli Vance and the other doctor did, she would have been taking him out of the tower while your fighting Breen, so no worries.
Alyx...next time she's...
I'm hoping that the bright face hides a darker self is that Gordon on the surface is a scientist, but underneith, he's a genetically altered mass killer.
the big antlions were my favorite enemy in the game. SOOOO much fun. you can kill them without fireing a shot, and no use of the grav gun. :D
Just stand in a wall, and move as it charges. it will knock itself out after a number of times. :D
Most hated: Combine. I seriously hated them, all...
I just had an interesting thought...
OK, I was really pissed that the G-Man was selling my "services" to the highest bidder...
but then at the end he was getting some interesting offers he wouldn't normally concider.
And from this ending, it's safe to say the G-Man exist outside time...
I can't see why no one knows whats going on...
Gman is selling you to the highest bidder, a mercenary of sorts.
the resistance got you, and you did the job they wanted. as soon as job was done, you were pulled out. Simple as that.
As soon as I saw time stop and the gman pop out I relized...
yea, but we feaking OWNED the troops. :D And all of Xen to boot!
That made top resistance members speak highly of Gordon, as well as ALL of the Vortigaunts. And since they would all be thought highly of by the resistance, someone they think highly of would be a "WOW" factor...
picture Eli...
OK, everyone assumes you know whats going on. But your task is to find out.
most people seem to be operating on the assumption that it will be laid out and told to you. Somehow, I don't get that feeling.
I think all the hints we need to peice together the story are there, just scattered...
yea, the first magnum kills = gaming bliss...I had him fly WAY back, like 10 feet, and smash into some boxes knocking them over. :D It was like a Hurcules moment. :D
the crossbow stakes...
using a manhack and running behind enemy lines. yes it hurt, but it was damn funny slicing combine in...
haven't tried barricading doors, but I have had them throw stuff at me...like knock over the crates I was behind. they are smarter then FarCry's I think, but that may just be because of the lack of a radar, which really killed the whole AI corner attacks.
the fast zombies are VERY smart...
I'm at 12 hours play time, and still in Nova Prospekt.
I'm not really taking my time, just playing it. On replay I'll probably take my sweet time and explore EVERYTHING. :D
lol, ~20 seconds here, for larger segments. 768MB Ram...
so it seems directly proportional to amount of ram...no wonder reviewers had systems with 2gigs of ram!
