Even though I play as Soldier alot, the changes to point-blank self-damage are a good idea, because it makes the soldier a bit harder to play. Gotta get used to get out my shotgun though.
I'm expecting a large red button in every map, crossfire-style. Note that there'll be no bunkers, so the only way to not die would be an Invul.
Oh, and first only the Medic will be able to use it.
Once the story starts you'll be sucked in. At least I was. The training compound is a little bit boring yeah, but you get rewarded with a great game and story.
Real nice Storytelling can be experienced in Freelancer and Jade Empire. Freelancer jsut sucked me in and I couldn't stop playing, and Jade Empire has got some nice twists.
Oh wait, and Monkey Island of course. But adventures sure have advantages when it comes to storytelling ;)
When I see a Medic/Heavy-Combo (or any other than heavy, doesn't matter), I'll always go for the medic first, and I see alot people doing that. Mostly after finishing off the medic I get owned by that minigun though.
