Sounds like a good start, ill be eager to verify the kar nerfing fix for myself. Still disappointing to hear no word of rifle accuracy not being 100% when not moving. That really gets under my skin.

Mmmm nope, though I use 13.0 for my mouse sensitivity level and have no problem quickly snapping over to a different target quickly, just practice and you'll get the hang of it, you shouldnt need to raise it if you have a setting high enough.

did you check to see if your video options were set correctly? Try disabling hdr and tone down the enhanced visuals, perhaps something in your hardware isnt up to par with some of the new hdr features. Just a thought.
