Most certainly the psp, playing games, watching movies and playing mp3's on one small peice of electronics is worth it, once it drops a hundred bucks, on ebay.

If it were me, I would take all the preload files and put them in one rar. let's say it's 2.8gb compressed. Now that won't fit on a cd, so you have to use one of winrar's nicer functions which is splitting large rar's into smaller files, and you can say what size or number of files. so...

Currently employing azureus, i've used mainline, but didn't like it. ABC i'll have to take a look at though. Constantly running the java machine is takin a toll on me system resources.
Clean up your cables (organize, make sure they aren't blocking airflow), dust out your heatsink. Make sure said heatsink is mounted properly (if you installed it yourself). What are your temps at? (idle/load) (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/)
same reason the guns in cs:s were immensely shiny (p228) turns out the chrome effect was a bit, shall we say, overdone. That was recently addressed in cs:s.
