Whenever Valve announce anything new, someone has usually "invented" something which sounds vaguely similar. When you get thousands making suggestions weekly, it is only a matter of hit and miss before someone is close to a concept Valve...

Basically, what I am saying is if Valve start reversing VAC bans on accounts that were hijacked, it would just result in cheaters...
There is no reasoning behind it - it was excessive, but at the same time this happens every single time demonstrations occur its just this time a man dropped dead minutes later.
It does seem excessive, but then again this is what you have to expect if you are walking casually around a mass protest area which has turned violent.

Well, if your account gets hijacked and then someone cheats on it I think it should be VAC banned. At the end of the day your account security is your responsibility.
